I can't remember when I last bought any manga, I know when I get paid on friday I will most likely buy myself something to read.

OK, I don't really own it, as it isn't out in english, and I've only read it at OneManga, but you really need to read 'Angel Densetsu'.

Holy crap, this is the funniest series I have read in a very long time.  It's about Kitano Seiichirou, a kind-hearted and gentle person, who just so happens to look like an evil maniac hoodlum, and the misunderstandings that happen because of his appearance.

That's all I'm going to say.  I haven't laughed so hard in a very long time.

I've decided to only keep and get stuff I really want, so here's the list:

Excel Saga
Cynical Orange
Ouran High Host Club - apparently it will end within a couple of chapters in Japan.
W Juliet
Flowers and Bees
Gatcha Gacha
Pokemon Adventures
Haruka Fukushima's manga except for Cherry Juice and probably AAA
Neon Genesis Evangelion, I get Angelic Days only because Kaworu's there, otherwise I wouldn't bother. I don't think it's very good. I wanna get the Shinji Ikari project, because apparantly it does the Love Eva bit successfully.
The Wallflower - it has quirky humor that gets me sometimes, but it has pretty simple backgrounds, sometimes I think the Mangaka has too much fun drawing the male characters pose.
Maison Ikkuko

Im sure there are more but i cant remember them.

I ended up with the entire Trigun manga series and the Fullmetal Alchemist series up to 19 for the birthday.

All these college professors teaching classes about Shakespeare, who was the 16th-century equivalent of a director of summer-blockbusters, makes me wonder if 500 years from now we'll have college courses on the subtle nuances of Michael Bay movies.
